Basically, the workouts are too long! There’s a lot of repetition in the workouts and this might make you get a proper pump but it feels obsolete to exercise the same muscle over five different exercises.

Over all a useful programme, especially if new to training. The ability to up for session is good and allows to up your game when feeling strong. I anticipate that my strength has increased by about 20% over the 5 weeks I’ve stuck to the programme, but I have been conducting significant cardio alongside, so potentially could have been more.
