PROGRAM VARIATIONS
THE HYBRID
Hybrid is good for all experience levels. specifically people who want to just try out Full Body Workouts. You get an arm day, along with a classic upper/lower duo of sessions. One full body day is included. This split is also really good for intermediate or advanced trainees with strength minded goals, because it leaves room to fit in enough frequency for your compound lifts, along with enough rest to recover from them. Overall, this version is for people that want to get a little of everything. Newer lifters should set their volume on the lower side, intermediate and advanced lifters can use more volume.
THE HUNTER
The Hunter is great for intermediate or advanced lifter that enjoy the recovery benefits of full body training, along with the work capacity gains. This split works best for those with hypertrophy minded goals, as recovery will start to become encumbered for those that want to pursue increasing strength in BIG HEAVY compound lifts. This program WILL make you stronger, but in a general sense.

Great program to get u bigger and stronger. I had to stop after 4 weeks because I was getting too big 😅, play soccer too and I couldnt turn properly on the field because of size. Overall can really recommand this program.

Beast Slayer is an amazing program. This is my first time running a full body program and I am seeing phenomenal gains. I have been on a year and a half lifting hiatus so I’m running it on a recomp. Getting complements from the father in law that I’m looking wide now. Thanks Coach Paris, I see you 🦾

A very good programme, with a lot of options to experiment with different exercises too. I highly recommend it.

Ran the entire program on a cut, saw some surprising strength gains in some movements, definitely recommend.

Overall good program with 2 downsides imo.1. not enough Back work for my liking and 2. If youre not alble to stick to the schedule (mon, tue, thu, sat) then you might bump into muscle overlap, mainly arms

I am no expert on gym training so I will only speak on my experience. This program makes pushing myself feel easy. It's just enough to make me tired by the end of it but not so much that I cannot finish the whole routine. I like that it's heavy and intensive but only 3 days a week. That fits into my schedule perfectly. I find myself looking forward to the gym which is a great feeling to have as someone who has always HATED exercise! My gains have been steady and have gone beyond what I was able to achieve with my last gym program. I am very pleased with this workout and have lost 5kg of fat in 1.5 months, without focusing too much on diet, which is a huge win for me!
