PROGRAM VARIATIONS

THE HYBRID
Hybrid is good for all experience levels. specifically people who want to just try out Full Body Workouts. You get an arm day, along with a classic upper/lower duo of sessions. One full body day is included. This split is also really good for intermediate or advanced trainees with strength minded goals, because it leaves room to fit in enough frequency for your compound lifts, along with enough rest to recover from them. Overall, this version is for people that want to get a little of everything. Newer lifters should set their volume on the lower side, intermediate and advanced lifters can use more volume.

THE HUNTER
The Hunter is great for intermediate or advanced lifter that enjoy the recovery benefits of full body training, along with the work capacity gains. This split works best for those with hypertrophy minded goals, as recovery will start to become encumbered for those that want to pursue increasing strength in BIG HEAVY compound lifts. This program WILL make you stronger, but in a general sense.

As a 6’8 man I always struggled with gains. I’ve seen more gains on this program in 12 weeks than in the last 2 years with bro splits. Can’t recommend enough.

For the 3 day version: Great program that teaches you how to maximize efficiency in the gym. Following the coaches notes for rest times is a must, or else your workout will take 2 hours. If you’re a working father and husband with little time for lifting, it’s a great for maximizing stimulus while minimizing time spent in the gym. It will definitely test your cardio level, but it’s not unmanageable. Honestly, if your cardio can’t handle this program, you probably need to work on that anyways.

I did this program in order to slowly get back into lifting after a labrum surgery on Feb 11th. Right before the surgery I was peaked for a powerlifting meet. I hit a 500 squat, 365 Bench, and 545 Dead. (No PRs but good considering the tear) I have not tested maxes yet however I can comfortable hit in the upper 400s for 5+ reps again on squat, bench is still difficult but 275 is moving without pain. And 500s on deadlift move without pain. I attribute a lot of this fast recovery to this program. I kept much of it light and focused on reps and machines. Definitely haven’t gained new strength but felt it helped me recover what I lost.

Bald Omni-man is the freaking man! Awesome program so far. Love the volume and exercise selections, as well as the alternate picks. I am super stoked to finish this program.
