Did it with my girlfriend over the summer. At times there are strange variations selected and a vanilla exercise would be better. Otherwise a fine program

Quick effective and it can be done without someone assisting you.

This has been a great program for me! I have had two years of gym experience prior but fell off. I got myself back into the gym and have been following this routine to help keep me accountable. I’ve made minor modifications when needed but overall, I’m happy with the progress. Definitely see the quads building up nicely lol

Loved the 3 days a week, mostly lower body but also back and some upper body. It was easy to stick to and I was so excited to see how much I had gained muscle-wise as I went on with this program.

I'm Brazilian, some exercises I couldn't do at my gym, so the gym instructor helped me find parallel exercises. One of the exercises I modified was the pelvic lift, which I started with weights. I am a ballerina who studies the RAD method, I am intermediate, so this training is helping me gain mass without affecting my performance in flexibility and movements from ballet. As the training is light, it helped in the recovery process from a small injury I had between my glutes and hamstrings. Thanks to the person who created this program!

I have very minimal experience with working out so this was good to get me in the routine of some of the major compound lifts.
