Great beginner to intermediate workout. It takes me a little less than an hour to finish my routine.

This is the first full strength program I’ve ever gotten through completely. I have gotten stronger, especially in my upper body, so that has been great. I don’t really see much of a difference- I know it’s only been 8 weeks though so am going to repeat the program and continue upping the weights. I know some people complained about variety, but I really like that it’s mostly the same moves. I like seeing how much I progress each week with the same moves.

Loved this. Did it at planet fitness and one of the first times a followed a pure strength program and first time using this app so don’t have much to compare it to. Didn’t load weight as quick as I thought I would but I’m definitely seeing muscle definition at the end of the program. I took much longer just doing workouts when able and alternating with a running program. Overall great - A side note - the glute raises were just about impossible shout a machine but I used the smith machine or just body weight on a picnic table.

Great glute program. Easy to follow and on the off days I did yoga or Pilates. My glutes have more shape and I have increase my strength in my upper body despite doing less than what I was doing before
