Great glute program. Easy to follow and on the off days I did yoga or Pilates. My glutes have more shape and I have increase my strength in my upper body despite doing less than what I was doing before

This program is so good and perfect for a newer lifter. I learned so much and grew strength and confidence. I did this as a re-comp and you can really see the pre and post photos-lost a pound during the process, but looking and feeling strong.
