9 week mark: Bench has exploded. Brilliant. **Review edit now that I’ve finished the full 16-week program** - Deadlift went from 190x2 to 220kg PB - Bench went from 120 to a clean 135kg PB (v short pause admittedly) - Squat I didn’t get to test because of an injury caused by me pushing myself too much at the end of the program but went from 145 single to a 150 double Hands down my favourite program so far

I am somewhat new to powerlifting and this program gave me a good understanding of how often I should be training and different accessory exercises that I was not doing. My progress on this program was much better than when I was just going to the gym amd working out

Best program I've been on used this as a prep for a comp and bench went up about 40 lbs. squat went up a good 40-50 lbs and deadlift 45 lbs. 165 lbs bw
