I recommend this to serious PL when going on volume good for volume and works your weak point on SBD, My advice is you can freely reduce the intensity/weight to maximize more on your goal/volume, reps do really matters alot. Previous: S-155 B-115 D-240 Current: S-180 B-130 D-280

I have been lifting on and off for 5 years. This year I decided to start training for powerlifting. I started from the bottom and my goals were: S: 135 B: 95 D: 200 I reached my goals 4 weeks in and I’m still on the program. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone starting.

S: 160x1 > 190x1 B: 105x1 > 100x5, 105x3, 115x1 D: 200x1 > 200x5, 215x1 All 1rm's were tested in a meet style workout. The rep pr's in bench and deadlift were tested a weem after the "meet". Very nice program for when you need/want to hit pr's or peak for a meet. Definitely would advise adding rear delt and rotator cuff work to avoid shoulder pain from all the benching and (low bar) squatting. Besides that it's a wonderful program which will help you nail down your form and get better at the main lifts. Do not expect too much / anything in terms of hypertrophy though.

Almost 4 years of experience. I added 40 lbs to both squat and deadlift. 10 lbs to bench. It's easily one of the best programs I have done.
