The novice program is ideal for novice lifters. It is a 3 days per week full body split that ensures high intensity and volume combined with ample recovery time.
The programs combine a mix of compound and isolation exercises aiming to establish a strong muscular foundation. Supersets are used in this program to add volume while keeping the workouts short and simple.
Recommended workout days: Mon/Wed/Fri, or Tues/Thurs/Sat

Good program, but i don't understand having leg extensions as an alternative to neck curls, especially when there's leg extensions earlier on the same day. Seems like an oversight, but should be rectified. Could use a bit more focus on back, traps and maybe shoulders.

Much more leg focussed than I have been in the past. Quite like it. Used to have a constant pump on my upper body all the time but still waiting to see the final product of this workout. Maybe that will come closer to the end.
