I’m a complete newbie to this type of weightlifting and it helped me to learn the technique and get better mobility to do the lifts more effectively. I still have much to learn and once I nail that technique I can try some heavier weight as right now I’m lifting very light as to be expected. Recommend this program !

I learned these movements from CrossFit— this is a good program to really focus on getting the movements right.

Improved my Olympic lifting while reducing intensity during injury rehab. Would highly recommend for beginners to weightlifting.

The only thing I did different was my stretches, I started this program with a 180 snatch and now I have a 205 snatch and I didn’t have max intensity throughout most of the program

Was a good program to start learning the Olympic lifts, I like the videos that show what the movements look like. I recommend to try this program and throw a couple sets of pull ups and push ups/or dips on rest days or training days

I selected this program because I have run a few strengths programs in a row, which is to say i drifted away from technique lifts, such as snatch, overhead squat etc. This is a chance to get those back into the fold. As such, I'm not seeing muscle gains, but I'm not eating or training to support those goals.

I've been involved in weightlifting for a long time, but they managed to surprise me. It's a solid foundation for both beginner athletes and professionals 💪
