20 weeks completed and everyone who knows me is telling me, damn bro you got big. Was originally familiar with this workout out plan from Reddit as have been doing for past 4 years but boostcamp definitely made me more consistent. Highly suggested for beginner to advanced. Good exercises and as long as you really push yourself and progressively add weight each week, you will see great results. I find that if you go really hard on these workout, 3 days a week is enough for good results. If trying to loose weight do this and then 20-30 min cardio after, worked great for me, belly is now abs.

Lost 6.3% body fat and maintained most of my lean body mass. Made minimal adjustments to the program. Maintained a strict diet and hit all of my macros (200 grams of protein daily) for the 12 weeks. Also incorporate 30 minutes of cardio almost everyday I lifted. Recover doing PPL was fantastic too! Also took 5 grams of creatine daily.

Great all body workout. Idk if there's a bug or something, but only the first workout for each day would suggest when to increase the weight, I wish all of them had that.

10/10 would recommend. I have less than one year of experience with strength training so I really like the structure and explanation of the exercises. I expected to see results I just didn’t know how much and how fast. I’m 6’3” and 250lbs, I didn’t lose weight but my waist is 2” smaller and my strength is WAY UP. I had never deadlifted before and my one rep max is now 455lbs, my bench press was 135lbs now it’s 200lbs for 5 reps, and my squat was 235lbs it’s not 350lbs for 5 reps. My advice is follow the program, be consistent, and don’t underestimate the importance of rest.

As a 50+ woman I was able to gain significant strength in the muscles that have been stubborn my whole life (arms and shoulders).
