Some excersizes arent thought out well but all in all the usual push pull legs split

I had not worked out for 2 years due to an injury. I was an avid gym goer until my injury. So this program has been my introduction back to the gym. I am really enjoying it and am pleased with my gains.

This is a great programme, although probably more tailored towards men (e.g., weighted chin-ups, neck exercises and less glute focused stuff). I have definitely seen strength gains while doing it, which is really rewarding.

Solid. Progressions you have to add unless you buy the book I imagine. May buy it. Not my favorite program but definitely not my least favorite either. Need to do more for a full review

Well why not! A weird way to program and a fun one. Can't see a reason why this wouldn't work though! Gotta be fun.
