This is my program I made with ChatGPT. I wanted to prioritize my cardio, delts, glutes, biceps, core, and chest. So far (3 weeks) I've added visual mass to my shoulders, arms, and back. It didn't end up being as chest oriented as I would've liked so I add chest flies, rear delts on my "exclusive" cardio days as well as some hip isolation exercises for my glutes and inner thighs.
