I am biased because this is my written version of Faz' Dorian program on Boostcamp. Put the 4 days into 3 so I could have an extra day for cardio (one day track speed work and sprints and one day boxing). I also found the shoulders and triceps day easy so it wasn't too bad combining with the back day.
