Program Description
The purpose of the high-intensity Upper Lower gym program is to optimize physical fitness by integrating science based hypertrophy/strength training through focused, vigorous workouts. This program is designed to enhance muscular strength and aesthetics and promote overall health and well-being in the most maximal and time efficient manner. This program requires maximum input to maximize output. Lower days also include accessories like abs and neck to reduce time and fatigue on upper days. The program also aims to build mental resilience and discipline, as high-intensity workouts often challenge individuals to push beyond their perceived limits. This not only enhances physical performance but also cultivates a deeper appreciation for the process of personal growth and achievement. Rules: Make sure you use flawless form and controlled tempo while using maximal force in all sets. You may reorder exercises (put desired exercises earlier in workout) to prioritize growth. Also, insure you have adequate rest time between sets (3-5 minutes). Always take each set to 0 RIR. Lastly, progressively overload each exercise in terms of weight or rep each and every session.
