More than expected strength gains
As expected muscle gains
No modifications
During the program I cut around 6kg bodyweight. Introduced the dip. My working chest weight went up with around 10-15kg. My pullups improved with 5kg. (Added 10kg to my working sets). Squat went up immensely. Deadlifts soared. Recovery was great while cutting.
