Solid, well rounded program: efficient and effective selection of exercises. Also has all compound movements covered. Make sure you rest adequately and consume enough calories between each workout and you’ll see awesome results!

Brilliant program, surprised it’s not as popular as some others. Ideal level of intensity and volume for training three days per week. Includes pretty much all conventional compound lifts, enough to leave you needing 48 hours to recover from. some adjustments on some accessory lifts only e.g. barbell skull crushers for tricep work instead of cable pull downs every other week or so. massive increase in DL + bench lifts. third cycle and aim tk continue until gains stagnate.
