Program Description
**Chris's Total High Intensity Workout** is an 18-week program designed to push your limits and maximize your strength gains. With 72 training sessions packed into this comprehensive plan, you'll engage in a variety of exercises targeting all major muscle groups, including leg extensions, bench presses, and lat pulldowns. Each workout is structured to enhance your endurance and power, ensuring you stay challenged and motivated throughout your fitness journey. Get ready to transform your physique and elevate your performance with this dynamic training regimen! 4 days a week with a day off for recovery between each workouts, 1 day on and 1 day off, every set is to total failure. 6 to 10 reps per sets, if you hit more than 10, next workout you raise the weight up. Don’t stop until failure! Don’t stop at 10 if you can do more. Keep going to failure.
