The purpose of this 5-day Mountaineer Workout Program is to build a body and mind capable of conquering mountains — both literally and metaphorically. It’s designed for individuals like you who are gaining weight with purpose: to become not just bigger, but stronger, more resilient, and mountain-ready. This program combines: Bodybuilding to increase muscle mass and sculpt a powerful physique Strength training to prepare your body to carry loads across vertical terrain Endurance workouts to improve your aerobic capacity for long treks and high-altitude climbs HIIT circuits to simulate real-world bursts of effort under fatigue Balance and mobility work to keep you injury-free on rugged, unstable surfaces Every element is intentional — not just to look fit, but to function like a mountaineer. Whether you're trekking through snowfields, climbing ridgelines, or carrying gear through forests and scree, this training prepares you from the inside out. Ultimately, this program is not just about fitness. It’s about becoming the kind of person who pushes past limits, endures storms, and stands confidently on their own personal summits.

This program is built around a garage gym. Make sure you have consistent access before starting, since the progression model assumes you can perform the same movements week over week.

Each session typically takes around 80 minutes to complete. That estimate covers your working sets but doesn't account for warm-up or rest between sets, so budget a little extra time when you're first learning the movements.

Summit Dynamics is structured around 5 training days per week, with rest days built in to allow for recovery. The Boostcamp app lets you reschedule sessions if your week doesn't go to plan.
