Overview

Adam is an experienced strength and conditioning coach originally from Dubuque, Iowa. He played football at Iowa State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.  He then graduated from the University of Louisiana with a master’s degree in Kinesiology. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Exercise Science & Nutrition at North Dakota State University, where he teaches and conducts human performance research. In addition to his education, Adam is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and holds his Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa).
