Boostcamp Pro is an optional upgrade that adds advanced analytics, personalized programs, and unlimited custom program creation.
Free includes 11,000+ programs (most of the 130+ coach-designed library), the full workout tracker, RPE/RIR fields, the plate calculator, rest timers, basic personal record tracking, weekly Sunday reports, and year-end Wrapped. Pro adds 20+ exclusive coach programs, the Strength Score (a single 0-100 number across the big lifts), the per-muscle volume heatmap, personalized programs, advanced exercise analytics, and unlimited custom program creation.
Boostcamp has 11,000+ free programs in the public library, including most of the 130+ coach-designed programs from coaches like Alberto Nuñez, Eric Helms, Geoffrey Schofield, Cody Lefever, Jim Wendler, and Bald Omni Man. The rest are community programs published by Boostcamp athletes. Boostcamp Pro adds 20+ exclusive coach programs on top of the free library. Every program is filterable by experience level, goal, and days per week.
Yes. The library covers powerlifting peaking blocks (Sheiko, Smolov, Candito), hypertrophy programs (PHUL, PHAT, coach-designed splits from Alberto Nuñez), classic linear progressions for beginners (GZCLP, 5/3/1 for Beginners, Starting Strength), and general fitness templates. The tracker handles barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, and bodyweight exercises with proper exercise demos for each.
Yes. Every set has fields for both Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE, 5 to 10) and Reps in Reserve (RIR). Boostcamp stores them with the rest of your set data, so you can autoregulate intensity, see fatigue trends across a block, and use real RPE-based programs as designed.
Yes. The custom program builder supports multi-week mesocycles, supersets, drop sets, customizable warmup templates, training-max waves, and custom exercises. You can fork any existing program in the library and tweak it, or build from scratch. Free accounts can create programs with limits; Pro removes the cap.
Yes. Boostcamp automatically tracks every type of PR: max weight per rep range, max volume per session, max reps at a given weight, lifetime bests, and an estimated 1RM (e1RM) curve calculated from your top sets. PRs are flagged the moment you hit them. Pro adds the Strength Score, a single 0-100 score across the big lifts using the IPF DOTS formula.
Boostcamp has an Apple Watch companion that mirrors active workouts and supports HealthKit-based heart rate logging on iOS. The app works offline once a program is loaded, and your sessions sync to the cloud the next time you have internet. iCloud and Google account sign-in keep your training data backed up across devices.
