So i finished the 14 week, but changed a little on the program. I added squats as a first exercise on leg days , one heavy and one techinal day , made this on db bench also, added one extra db bench on the arm day. Pretty good results. Went from 36kgx6 to 42kgx8, also my squat went up quite a lot, from 135kgx1 to 140kgx5. Forgot to mention that i just came back from a half year break, but anyway i think i got pretty good results , so im just gonna repeat the program again.

Helps improve over all muscle mass. I would like more core exercises incorporated in to the work outs. But overall very well balanced.
