Raider 2.0
Love BOMs program. I added a 3rd set to all 2 set exercises
I love how it tracks your progression. It is easy to modify or add exercises. I would strongly recommend this app.
Great program for begginers
Good rate of progression. Well paced. Swapped leg exercise order to have hamstrings and quads on both days as opposed to only training one each respective lower day (increasing muscle group specific frequency).
Following the program with minor adjustments (due to not having certain equipment), beating the books each week and noticing improvements in weaker areas of my physique. Awesome program!
Although I wasn’t as consistent as I could’ve been, this program felt amazing compared to others in the past.
Hit all time PRs for all of my compound lifts and got diagnosed with depression! Warning: Diagnosis not guaranteed for you.
Would kill for another upper day but I just run it 2 on 1 off 2 on 1 off or if I feel good enough I dobt take a rest day till I need too.
I love the built in progression here. It forces you to drop some weight and care for your reps before you move up
Solid program to get back into lifting after taking a break for a few months. The workouts are really flexible in that they specify general movements as opposed to exercises, and because of that I felt comfortable making modifications, like replacing exercises with ones I like more, without feeling like I’m completely changing the program. I like the main lift having a high RPE first set followed by a 85% deload, and that it leads into heavier low-rep sets as the weeks progressed. Overall, a great program for general strength training while still maintaining the big three (or four in this case?)
