Full Body Powerbuilding Split
Really helped me gain strength so I can go onto other more advanced programs. Good starting build
Starting over after taking a break. Switched from StrongLifts, and I won’t be going back. This app has so many more options.
Doing a full body split 3 days a week works great with a very busy schedule!
Good program to get back into the gym with. I'm not pushing too hard to avoid injury, which has taken me out of the gym a few times. I'm still seeing results.
Good overall coverage of major body parts but needs to customise with ignored areas.
Good program for power-building for me i started it to rehab for multiple injuries so i started it with very low weight and increasd it gradually so it was great for me
This was my first time following any routine (absolute beginner). I had to change some excersises bc i was too weak (every excercise with bars and free weight). I spent the firsts 3 weeks developing the necesary muscles to do the entire routine. Also, my started to feel pain in the rotator cuff and hip joint. Fortunately it was just because my muscles were very weak. I am enjoying the program. I spend between 1:30 and 2 hours to complete the excesises.

After 11 months of no working out due to an injury, I decided to take it easy with a full body routine, this program suit my needs, I recommend it.
