Great beginner workout routine. I did proper nutrition and didn't skip a workout at all. I can definitely notice changes and got much stronger that I expected.

Did not have calf raise machines here , so I swapped it for a diff leg . Couldn’t do front squats so I swapped for goblet.

I used to do a body builder type routine (back & biceps, chest &triceps... etc) which wasn't very effective and took more day splits. But with this workout split it's much more effective and I'd say I prefer this one over my previous routine

Being in the military I pair this routine with my running and it’s beautiful 🤙🏻
