Strong Curves: Bootyful Beginnings
This is awesome, I have intense lumbar ache and this program healed it 100% simply by fortifying my glute area, my legs are also great and bicycle feels a lot better! Definitely digging into more of Contreras work.
Absolutely wonderful program. Felt so motivated to go to the gym. The exercises are well divided to target all body parts. Wish there were more programs like this.
I’d like to have more ab exercises to burn my lower belly fat but I don’t know how to customize my plan to meet this goal.

Decent workout, could be more challenging for intermediates but I made adjustments as needed
