My bread and butter powerlifting program, easy to understand, nice frequency of the main lifts, I like to make slight changes to meet my needs

I find it hard to progress the T3 exercises because I'm already gassed from the T1 and T2, but I'm not too worried about progressing the T3s. It feels good to get in some high reps and increase work capacity.
