Good upper body split as you get good arm volume in only 4 sessions. Also pressing twice with chest and shoulder presses For lower body deadlifting twice once on back and once on legs so good for posterior chain Might need more leg sessions if your legs are a weakness and you are not heavy lifting

Great base program with all the desired principles in place. Minor modifications were made for lagging muscle groups.
