Bodybuilding Minimum Effective Dose Program
Was fine for the first week, then week two after Yk hitting an 9-9.5 rpe single for the 3rd time my shoulder crapped out on me.
Been busy trying to get my house ready to sell so I needed to free up some time and decided to give this program a shot. Definitely a great program that allows you to keep progressing with minimal time investment.
Very accessible even on days you just don’t want to start.
Good to get back in the gym after some months off or if you're planning on starting a gym. Added an arm day with some abs exercices.
Simple. No facy moves. I replaced squats with front squat as my mobility sucks. Threw in extra sets every now and then. First program I tried and had great results.
Prefer leg press and hack squat to traditional squat
Great program to get started back in the gym with. I have always struggled with staying motivated and consistent, but this really helped! I have seen slow but steady progress throughout in all of my lifts, which has been very enjoyable to see.
A good program for those short on time or for the summer months, to maintain previous progress. Little improvement in mass or strength, but that's what I expected.
After a sickness that lasted about a year and a half i managed to get back to my pr using this program. Def recommend for people who cant put 4 days a week in the gym for any reason.
Great daily routine for getting back into it. Add more sets and random exercises as you see fit
