Does what it says. Takes longer than one hour for the heavy days but the other two can be done within an hour. Barbell heavy mainly but this will kick start things and it's sustainable long run. You don't really need deload at all but when stuck just look back to nutrition and the training will do the rest.

This is a good program but I feel like it's missing a day especially if you are used to going more than 3x a week. Other than that, I enjoy it to finish out the entire program and see if I get more results. Right now, just not my favorite program on the app.

Great program. Good if upper/lower 4 day splits take up too much time in the week. 3 days gives more wiggle room for life to happen. Highly recommend getting the accompanying ebook which explains more in detail and how to progress. Love the "light day" in the middle. Still intense but conducive to recovery.

As a female runner I enjoyed this program because it didn’t overtire my legs, making it possible for me to continue my running. My arms and back are stronger and I’ll Continue this program. I do add more legs, glutes and abs but I think this program can be easily adapted for anyone.
