I like a lot of the training cues that push you to failure and beyond failure. I watch GVS’ videos on YouTube and it’s nice to see a program with his methodology built into it. I wish this program hit legs a bit better, though GVS himself says it’s not a focus of this program so no points docked. My issue is that there were several exercises that required a ton of equipment like a power rack and bench, like on busy days that’s not happening. I also made some adjustments for my back issues but again it’s not 5 stars only because some exercises in the program are totally unfeasible for normal busy gyms.

Very enjoyable program with variety that keeps it interesting. Definitely helps get that V tapered look

Great program. Made minor adjustments because golfers elbow started to act up. My chest, back and shoulders are more defined. I’ll definitely revisit this program in the future. I did add bench press on second push day to maintain muscle memory/connection and calf raises to lower day.

It's an awesome, balanced training routine which takes a lot of effort but delivers what's promised. 8 can see how much I've progressed lifting heavier with the record tracker, which is great! 10/10 would recommend!
