Flexibility and strength are definitely improving
the program I needed, thank you GVS a single workout does last between an hour and two (wasn't an issue in my case) swapped a single back movement for a chest movement, also made other more marginal swaps nice progress, will run it again
For me — as a beginner — this program was really fun and easy to follow, and I gained a lot of muscle. I did have to reorder the exercises to better fit the layout of my gym, since the order as prescribed has quite a lot of back and forth between equipment. However, as GVS said himself, this isn't a big deal. Definitely recommend this program.
I did see a lot of improvement and in terms of progressive overload is quite fast It's good for beginners but since it's full body Might have to take it slow as it's quite fatiguing If you're short on time in the gym then this isn't really suitable but it's good if you are doing 2 set high intensity Overall pretty good
