Great program that helped me emphasize my arm training. Did while on a cut, enjoyed the techniques GVS implemented in the program.

Very good program for a cut. I made a few tweaks by going more machine use with the high reps and to further my recovery from the main movements. Overall solid program and good to run on a cut or taking a break from strongman, powerlifting programming.

Program is nice for taking a break from powerlifting. Perfect for working on weak points that are not covered in a typical powerlifting/powerbuilding program. Have been able to try out new exercises and make gains from them like back extensions.

The Extra volume on the arms was insane for growth and same with shoulders. Legs on the other hand felt like they were undertrained so I had to add extra volume.
