I honestly never thought I’d be lifting weights in a gym. But my friend got me going and suggested I start with this program. I can hardly believe I’ve made it 8 weeks straight now, but I feel great. I feel strong and alive in a way I haven’t for a very long time.

As beginner, being a 3 day workout is easy to commit to, and you can still fit other activities if you want to on the other days. I like that the days are varied in muscle groups, and the option to swap excercises that eont click for you is good. I've done a lot of effort to stick to a high protein diet, and after 5 weeks i do see an improvement in muscle tone although nothing crazy, considering that I started from a lean body mass (80kg at 6ft tall). Highly recommend to someone who wants to start at the gym with a fun program

Very good program, i went from a 4'11 loser to a 7'7 Olympian 💪 💪. But in all seriousness very good program if you are just starting out.

Very good all over body workout - the core exercises have improved considerably

So easy that in a bad day you can still complete the sets. Minimal effort. Takes very little time.
