Greg Nuckols Beginner Program
Good program if you’re just starting out or getting back into training.
Great program. I’d recommend keeping your ego small and lifting light to start, focusing on hitting the rep ranges. If you can’t hit the ranges, drop the weight. Also, it goes without saying, but you have to hit it 3x a week. Trying to spread this program out to 2x or 1x won’t really yield results (I speak from experience here).

Good and simple start to lifting
I honestly never thought I’d be lifting weights in a gym. But my friend got me going and suggested I start with this program. I can hardly believe I’ve made it 8 weeks straight now, but I feel great. I feel strong and alive in a way I haven’t for a very long time.

Great program for beginner to intermediate.
As beginner, being a 3 day workout is easy to commit to, and you can still fit other activities if you want to on the other days. I like that the days are varied in muscle groups, and the option to swap excercises that eont click for you is good. I've done a lot of effort to stick to a high protein diet, and after 5 weeks i do see an improvement in muscle tone although nothing crazy, considering that I started from a lean body mass (80kg at 6ft tall). Highly recommend to someone who wants to start at the gym with a fun program
