Jacob Oestreicher Hypertrophy Program
NOTES FOR BEGINNERS • Up the rep range to 8-12 for all your sets • Take every set until what you think is failure (which probably won’t be true failure but that’s okay) • Fatigue management is everything. Your diet, hydration, sleep, and recovery need to be absolutely dialed or else you won’t be able to finish your workouts. Overall not a bad program, just takes some getting used to. Good introduction for people looking to get into the gym if done correctly 👍
jacob goat
very doable and easy to keep up with, hardest thing is figuring out what exercises match up to what machine being used but that’s just because i am new.
jacob oestreicher the goat, great split for muscle growth, also very enjoyable. ur my idol
Great programme, but no advice on warmups and nothing on training abs. And on TikTok you emphasise “sticking to the same movements and getting really strong at them” but throughout the split there is a lot of variation between movements as the weeks go on. I understand if someone has progressed massively on some movements and needs to switch it up but that’s not the case for majority of people as the program is only 8 weeks long and movements are switching up on the 4th week in. Don’t recommend paying almost £15 a month to view the program as everything on here is on his TikTok page. But I thought it would have been a more in depth version. Please bring out a new updated one. Thanks
I love it. easy to follow.
Great program and noticable gains came very quickly as my bench max increased By 20kg in just a couple of months (3)
How fast I built muscle and dropped weight. I also did cardio with this workout plan and did some extra exercises for things like glutes. I liked how fast the workouts were, I usually spend a couple hrs in the gym doing abit of everything but I liked the split and that I didnt have to spend hrs in the gym especially when its busy to get my work out done.
Works amazing if each set is taken to failure
Man everything is as I expected tbh, the only problem and confusion is that on your TikTok you give completely different advices. Your sayings on TikTok don’t match with your actual workout routine in this Boostcamp app
