As a new powerlifter this regimen is pretty solid. I enjoyed it and did it alongside other beginners with a more experienced powerlifter as our coach. It definitely gave me structure and I enjoyed learning the basics. It also gave me something to look forward to throughout the week. Also hitting new PRs every week was so joyous for me.
