Kristen Dunsmore Beginner Program
I have enjoined the first phase of this program. That said I think there is a lot of context missing, especially for the beginner, given many unfamiliar terms and questions such as what exactly is the difference between LISS and Cardio zone 2? I thought the coach might have some background info available elsewhere but couldn’t find any. Looking ahead to the second phase I see that it throws in 20 (?!) pull-ups, along with some tricky exercises (duck walk) that I just don’t think are ‘beginner’ or necessary to meet the basic goals. I’ll be dropping out after week 4 but no regrets, the first phase was decent.
Ok program, but I would have expected more variety in swapping excersises, normally there were no suggestuons.
Great total body, I feel ready to start stepping it up
I’m currently on week 8 and down 7lbs and can see my figure slimming down. Most importantly I’m stronger! It’s been so much fun! I’d certainly recommend this program.
