PHAT Workout Program
Structured. Worth taking a run at. Try to stick to the workouts suggested and the days. I ran a 5k in between leg days and it kind of messed up the flow.
Couldn’t afford a PT and this was exactly what I needed to push myself back to my weights I was pushing at my peak when I was 24 keen to try another program but this absolutely was fantastic.
Amazing. Prefer deadlifts over romanian
I enjoy this program, feeling that good exhaustion at the end.
It went great! Had never done a pendlay row before but it seemed like it really helped!
Sometimes felt the volume was too much but none the less, good program.
Great program for people with decent experience in the gym and extra time because there are many sets and exercises. Too many exercises for legs and too few for abs so I'd remake a day to focus more on abs and a bit less on legs but overall a decent workout routine.
Great program overall but the percentages of 1RM are too low for just a 4 week program. Felt like I had much more in the tank by the end of the program. As is, this program feels like it should be 8-12 weeks to allow for more % growth over time.

Great program. Lots of volume but once you get in your zone it’s very enjoyable and a great split. 10/10.
