PHAT Workout Program
Great for people who like hypertrophy and have access to more than just barbells. Hope I can find a good replacement once I get back to my barbell and dumbbell-only home gym

Just have to find the right workout for you and your goals and this app will take care of you! I’ve lost 15 LBS of fat with this PHAT program all the while, counting my calories. This app is legit.

Starting over again with my gym journey. Overall, pretty good program.
Structured. Worth taking a run at. Try to stick to the workouts suggested and the days. I ran a 5k in between leg days and it kind of messed up the flow.
Couldn’t afford a PT and this was exactly what I needed to push myself back to my weights I was pushing at my peak when I was 24 keen to try another program but this absolutely was fantastic.
