Matt Vena Intermediate Powerlifting Program
starting 1rms : S 170 B 110 D 230 got sick right at the beginning of peak week and had to take a week off so couldn’t hit 1rms, but by week 11 hit S 165 for rpe 7.5 and D 225 for rpe 8 Bench didnt progress weight wise at all, most I hit was 107.5 for an rpe 9, but form improved drastically. Going to do the program again, but will probably shift to higher intensity lower rep work on bench.

I made no progress on squat, 2.5kg pr on bench and 5kg pr on deadlift, most of the program was okay but I really felt like the accessories after the main movement were way too high in intensity. May run it again and make slight changes and see how progress goes.
Just ongoing week 4. Feeling pretty confident and great. Lets see how well my E1RM goes
Ive run this program about 3 times and ive gotten 10-20 kg stronger on all my SBD lifts every single time. This program just works
Good but i need some workout accessories
Its crazy to me how i can do so much volume and feel fine after. This program is perfect for intermediate lifters, that can get away with doing a little more
Loved this program. I was concerned about the stress on the body but it was easy to go through those 12 weeks. Felt sharp. Bench 10 pnds PR 315. Squat 40 pnds PR 470 Deadlift 30 pnds PR 600 Been lifting for many years. Also used RP diet to gain 10 pnds for the duration of the program.
It’s just smart training.
Saw amazing strength gains on this program across all 3 lifts. Was smashing PRs before testing week
