Really enjoyed this program! I will cycle back to it in the future. Slightly modified to better fit my gym flow, but regularly completed in 60-75 min. Good mix of upper and lower body workouts each day. Challenging exercises as I worked through the 16 weeks and added weight as I progressed.

This will work your stamina as well or you’ll need to be at the gym for 2+ hours to complete

Good program but the days are long like 70-80 mins even w supersetting.

Great program, I enjoyed the scheduling of not having to worry about making up my own workouts. Every workout was excellent.
