Great for the weekends when you have a lot of time. It is with running concurrently with another weekday only program like Rampage or Reddit PPl, and go all out on Saturday (or Saturday and Wednesday) with this program. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed this program! I will cycle back to it in the future. Slightly modified to better fit my gym flow, but regularly completed in 60-75 min. Good mix of upper and lower body workouts each day. Challenging exercises as I worked through the 16 weeks and added weight as I progressed.
