Ultimate Hypertrophy Programs: Intermediate
Very impressed with NH. Ran for 27 weeks on a body recomposition Very well designed and overall balanced program for general hypertrophy goals. Fatigue is managed making the program smooth to run for long periods as NH recommends. No deloads with steady gains through out program. Great emphasis on the upper body plus the arm day adds extra frequency. Phenomenal program overall. Very happy with the results especially on the arms.
Great gains even if I skipped a few days more then I should
Really like the constant supersets, puts the heart to work and makes you condense a lot of volume in a shorter period of time. Gains are solid, I feel there could be more of a focus on legs.
Not a bad program at all, slightly modified the odd exercise due to injury etc but overall very good. Will run this for a few months with deloads and see what happens
Good programme- had to change a fair amount around week 5 just for variety nevertheless it still formed the framework of my changes. Will definitely run again.
I did 12 weeks full body bridge program, and then as it ended I started doing this program Well it feels natural to train 5 days a week, and especially upper days I got about 1-2kg of muscle for 4 weeks , if we not talking about bridge program. So, I would definitely recommend doing this!

Awesome program ran this for 6 months only stopping it because legs were getting too big haha but Upper body also got bigger i highly recommend it i switched to his Toji program to focus on more Upper then lower now
