Hugh Jackman's Wolverine Training Program
With marginal modifications I've made good muscle gains running this program. I loved the exercise selection, but I had to cut on reps on the volume day for intensity's sake and from this week on I'll be reducing the volume to keep making strength gains. It's highly adaptable if you how to tweak a program. My traps and arms were ones that profitable thr most out of the programme 💪
So far very solid. Strength is skyrocketing but size is staying consistent. I’ve been out awhile so it’s probably all me but I actually really like the feel of the program. I’m feeling great every day of the week.
Fun program.
I tried this program to switch it up from nSuns. I saw good conditioning progress and muscle gain. I tried most of it at a calorie deficit and still saw significant gains. Pros: good variety, manageable progression, still has the big 3 and bonus points for no OHP Cons: lots of hack squat calf raises; I thought OHP was the devil, now it’s calf raises for me
Doing any of these programs is nice to try but the real results are only if you pair it with nutrition. Otherwise it’s just a nice day at the gym. No results.
This is my first time running a hypertrophy based program. Previously I’ve run GreySkull, 531 BBB, Bullmastiff, and a couple of others. The gains with this were excellent and I’ll definitely be running it again. I subbed out a few lifts based on equipment and/or preference, but basically stuck to the program as written.

Really good program expected gains but more than expected strength it was really noticeable how my strength increased week after week
Great workout program. Has a good balance between heavy weight days and high volume with more reps per exercise. The 2 leg days were killer on my legs but great results. Had to add-in some ab exercises on some days, but overall, good workout.
I cant live the same way this guy does
