It's a good start with Bodyweight but it's quite long, more than 1 hour.

There were some areas that are significantly too difficult for me, especially the upper body. There are some that are too easy especially the lower body

I had a wrist tendon injury last year. Spent months without being able to do pushups. Lots of rehab and wrist exercises, but this routine finally got me back into pushups. It’s minimalistic and everything you need.

I can feel getting stronger sometimes it might be tough but hang on and you will get the proper rewards for your hardwork.. wish I had learnt about this sooner.

Honestly this workout is great, I didn’t expect the results to be this significant. Everything changed when I got access to a pull up bar and switched to dumbbells for rows and deadlifts.

The progressives were easy to follow and the structure helped tremendously! Plus there are so many resources available specifically for this program! Great time! Awesome gains! I can finally do a pull up!!
