This program gets old really fast. The repetitiveness of it kills going into it the next day. The maker of it really needs to review it and make some changes.

The programs are really short and repetitive. I don’t feel like I’m getting a really good workout

Ability to remove sets and add them as I please. Periodic increases in load based on historical performance. Better selection of alternative ex exercises that will target the same muscle group.

Different exercises with different weight amounts. I would recommend this to my friends. Start out with the exercise program that a person picks & the amount of weight stated & increase it if they think they can lift more.

A handful of the videos were YouTube which I’d rather have them all be those animations. Also some of the YouTube videos were taken down so it just would show that the video doesn’t exist, and for the ones that did the screen is too small to see all the details on the YouTube videos, I liked the simplicity of the black and white drawing animations, made it much easier and uniformed to the app.
