M&S 6 Day Dumbbell Program
I found this routine to be a good change of pace from barbells and powerlifting. I noticed more definition in my shoulders which is what I was looking for.
Had to cut some of the lower body due to foot injury but other that that it’s a good program
Would add an ab day and a trap workout. Like what it manages to accomplish with just dumbbells
It's great if you have only Dumbells to work with
Pretty good. It would be nice to add more variety to the lifts for someone with only a bench and dumbbells. Been great though!
Pretty solid program. I was limited to accessing a full gym and this program saved my gains. I did minor changes like adding bodyweight and more trap and arms work bit bedside that I followed the program. Maybe it's not the "best" but does the work with limited equipment.
Great at home lift. Would add in an abs workout for a more total body.
This is a decent program. I completed the 5-day program before starting this one and realized very quickly that I had to reduce the weight because of the added volume per muscle group.
Easy start for those who want to get back to lifting at home with limited equipment. I would have loved to see some new exercises as the weeks progressed. I have made alternating leg arm lifts in place of hip thrusts due to neck position. If you start this program you may see good results one month in. Keep going.
Absolutely a great app! I’m excited to continue using it trying different workout routines from different professionals.
