Definitely a solid program if you are jumping back into the gym after some time off. I hadn’t been working out consistently in like 6 months or so, and this program has definitely helped me get back into the rhythm.

I’m just a month in on a 3 month program but I like it. Clear exercises, nice interface for you to understand everything, see the correct way to perform your exercises and keep track of your progress. If you’re like me with a tight schedule and like to work out without spending hours in the gym but to get the work done, great app. I would like to know if the exercises will vary or change sometime during the program because after a month in they’ve stayed the same, but I guess time will tell.

Great, no nonsense program. I ran this for 5 months as an early intermediate and maxed out my 'newby gains'. I had great results, and my shoulders and upper arms are definitely bigger. You may wonder why there are so many sets of lateral raises and face pulls. DO NOT skip any sets here. I promise you'll come back and thank me. My side and rear delts responded really well to the high volume. A small change I made was to swap out one set of DB lateral raises for cable lateral raises, so I did both variations on each of the push days.
