This is a great workout program to get you started in the gym. Easy to fallow and no crazy workout moves. This program has helped me stay on task and build strength while being able to focus on breathing and technique.
Great program for shedding fat. I really like the layout so there aren’t really any super boring days. Down 20 pounds and counting!! (245-220).
Great program for intermediates
This is really solid. The best thing about full body is that, if I miss a day I can just keep going with the next workout. I enjoy going from one body part to the next in each day.
This program was great!!! Made some good gains especially upper body.
8 weeks in calorie deficit, went from 99kg to 88kg. Need 2 weeks more. Program is very good, especially on bicep and quadriceps.
Decent programme. Nothing ground breaking but a good basis for muscle development and strength gains, especially if you’re getting back into it.
Only on week 4 of the program, but have seen some pretty good results. Haven’t worked out in about 2 years so I’m just getting back into the swing of things and this program is just what I’m looking for. Don’t have a lot of free time so the full body 3 times a week fits perfectly within my schedule. The workouts do not take long. You can pretty much get everything done within 45 min to an hour. I’ve only made slight modifications for when I’m running short on time. Other than that, just follow the program and you should see some positive gains. Can’t wait to complete the program and see the final results
Super programme, quelques modifications au niveau du nombre de répétitions. Et l’ajout de quelques exos mais plus pour le but que je souhaite atteindre. Sinon tout est au top.
