Great program to get me back into weight training postpartum! 4 days a week and about 35-40 min each day, can’t beat that with an infant!

Added some ab exercises at the end, some exercises I had to substitute due to unavailability of the machine (popular exercises). Overall I think it's good for beginners looking to build more muscle.
I’ve been running this for about a month and I’ve got stronger. Not sure about visible growth but I’ve enjoyed it. I find the lower body days take a lot of time (about 90 min for me) so I sometimes skip/modify some exercises.
Was a good start up program
The free version is pretty good! The programs give you a good guide and creating your own program is nice. I just wish it had the muscle breakdown more clear on the free version.

Love the amount my biceps have shaped up and how tomes they are. Only thing is there’s not a lot of abdominal workouts to help get rid of the mom pouch of fat in the tummy area. But everything else is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend
I’m really enjoying the overall program, with the exception of the first leg day of the week which requires some slight tweaking for my personal preferences. But overall very pleased!
