Needs a little more to do on the non running days. Running has a good pace but very tough to do on a treadmill

I really like this program. I’m in my mid 30’s trying to get speed and mobility back, but also gain strength. I am a novice lightweight strongman competitor and this has been a great “offseason” program for me to get some more speed and cardio while still lifting heavy. I also hunt in the back woods and this is great training for that.
