Significant modifications

Used this template as my first time running conjugate. More sessions to learn how to grind heavy reps is a +++. Don't be afraid to modify as you see fit. I added banded bench halfway through, helped to slightly fix my sticky points. Only done one round, so can't say much downsides to this program. Will run it again back to back. Cheers. Edit: finishing up the third cycle. I'd say this is pretty good, will be sticking to this program for a while now. I do have prior experience, so I've been modifying this program to suit my needs. Overall a great training idea that can be molded to your needs. I'd encourage lifters to use this program to learn to experiment and think critically about what you want to achieve. For me that is strength, and learning to experiment with programs over the years has helped immensely. Bringing that experience to this conjugate system is perfect for me. Can't stress enough how being able to practice heavy lifts every week while being able to manage fatigue by swapping the heavy lift every 2 weeks (or more or less depending on your body) is a game changer.
