A duplication of the Stronglifts 5x5 Plus program, which adds a 3rd workout for upper body hypertrophy.

Squats and deadlifts - add 1.25kg each session. Military press - add 0.5kg

For squat, add 1.25kg each session. For bench press and rows add 1.25kg until you plateau then 0.5kg
