Love that this program, takes a full body approach. Not too long for each day. It appears to adequately hit each muscle weekly. Great workout plan.

Pretty good program. Solid progression, you just have to make sure you’re not egolifting.

The feeling is that the exercises are too repeaten and not as various as they should be but still followint the program so its just OK

Keep increasing your weight every 2 weeks once. Try with the recommended lowest rep , 1-2/4 sets for the 1st week. Then on the following week try to lift the weight with lowest rep on the 2nd week. By 3rd week u may be able to increase the reps. Visible changes on upper body hypertrophy

Great program. I used the 4th day to compensate for some exercises that I skipped during day 1-3 as I push for repetitions and am exhausted to do 100% of them at all times. Overall great progress on my end thanks to the program and I am thankful for it.

HELP!!!! MY NECK IS CONSUMING MY ENTIRE BODY!!! HOLY SHIT WHATS HAPPENING???? HE TOLD ME TO DO LIKE 87 SETS OF NECK AND I DID IT. THE GUYS AT WORK CALL ME “TABLETOP” NOW BECAUSE MY SHOULDERS, TRAPS, AND NECK ALL MERGED INTO ONE RIPPLING MASS OF MUSCLE. MY STEPDAD IS LATINO AND HE CALLS ME EL TORO NOW?? IF YOU DONT WANT WOMEN AND CHILDREN TO FEEL COMFORTABLE AROUND YOU…..DO NOT DO THIS PROGRAM!!!!! IT WILL MAKE YOU SO JACKED AND GIVE YOU A YOKE SO BIG THAT YOU’LL START PULLING A PLOW AROUND THE PARK JUST BECAUSE YOU FEEL THE NEED TO PUT YOURSELF TO WORK!!!!!

Because of my busy weekend schedule, I typically workout 4 days on, 3 days off, or I’m at least bunching workout days together (I know, I know—not optimal). BUT, it’s what I can do. Anyway, my advise would be to do this program if you workout every other day. There are a few workouts between days that would have you work the same muscle groups back-to-back days if you workout with a schedule like mine. Otherwise, super cool program

This program is great, I don’t always have the time to commit to it that I want, so I wish it were easier to split up/save workouts to run 2 30min gym sessions as opposed to one 1hr+.
