Over all excellent program. Pairs really well with other size and strength programs as part of a macro cycle. Some exercises are sub-optimal and some supersets are not practical for a crowded gym setting. I would not recommend this program for a beginner, but it's extremely effective for intermediate and advanced lifters. Cheers!

Yeah program is ok, might be good in cal surplus but im on deficit, good stimulus and getting stronger.. I think this program is written for people really strong to begin with or people on gear.. program is a lot of volume, reccomend to tone it down 7/10

Effective program. I could have used more notes for progression options on particular exercises. Had to substitute some exercises since I don't have a cable machine, but the program still worked really well.

Great program so far! I’ve seen some significant improvement in my muscle mass and strength. Overall calorie burn has increased as well. The second leg day really burns!!

I love this program! I’ve been away from the gym for almost 2 years. I started this program in December of 23 until now and I’ve seen and felt significant progress. This is the most mass I’ve gained and strongest I’ve felt in a long time. I’ve gained at least 5-7 lbs of muscle.

This is an excellent blend of strength and muscle building. While I have not completed the program, my weights have increased on each lift and there is a noticeable difference in my physique. I was hesitant to stick with this, as there is no variation in the exercises week-by-week. It is the same template each week. However, I cannot deny the results I’m seeing so far.
